Just trying out your latest version .. downloaded from the modules and plugins database.
The category functionality in the targets activity isn't working. The post_category table hasn't been created ..
"Table 'moodle19.mdl_ilp_post_category' doesn't exist

It might just be me but I also tried it with a fresh install with the same results.
It looks like a really interesting development.
We have successfully upgraded and installed this on a number of sites over the last couple of weeks since this was implemented. Having checked the CVS version this morning the correct code seems to be there. You may want to delete the old files and replace with a completely new set of the blocks.
I'm not sure we can see anything wrong in the modules, other than it doesn't look like they have installed correctly on your instance.
Let me know if you find anything else
I will try the cvs version this time....
I created the table manually (I think with the right fields!) and added the category field to the targets table and all seems to work
Its just strange that it wouldnt work on a clean install either .. ah well.
Many thanks for the prompt reply
Just to let you know I have tried the cvs with the same result.
Having looked at the install.xml, I can't see any reference to the extra field.. am i missing something
We have installed some clean installs in production in the last month using categories though so seems a little odd. Which install.xml file is missing a field?
hmm .. maybe i've just lost the plot then!!!
But from the code, the ilp_target_ post table should have a field 'category'. The ilp_target install.xml file lists all the other fields but not 'category'.
Which install.xml has the ilp_post_category table in?
I have bodged it by guessing the table definitions and it all works for me. The categories are a great idea. Will they spread to the concerns/report sections?
ilp_post_category should be in /blocks/ilp/db/install.xml as it may be something applied across all input areas in future.
