What is "convoluted, inefficient, mix-and-matchy"? The documentation or the way you migrated? wink

When you say lesson data, are you talking of the Moodle Lesson activity?

Hi

So a 800 MB uploads normally. A 1.8 GB file immediately throws that JS error? Sorry, I have no clue.

I know, this is not your short term issue. But I have more than one case where teachers (in an affluent country) upload, backup, forget to delete the backups, etc. carefree causing rapid growth of moodledata. Unless the File system repository, the files that land in the sea of files in moodledata are very difficult to clean up! I don't have a solution, but worth having some plan.
