Hi again,

I have installed it in my local pc and after activating the debug mode I have this error. What can I do?

Hi again,

I think there is a conflict between Block_notifications and Mod_tracker... If I install the first without the second, there isn't any problem but if I install the block after the module I have this error:

And the opposite, if I install the block and later on I install the module I have a similar error:

What can I do?

mmm, this is indeed a weird error as in frist approach tose two components are farily not related....

at second view, in mod_tracker open the incrimnated class file and replace the single "base" by \core\event\base in the class declaration

Hi,

With some help we have changed line 64 in ->
mod/tracker/classes/trackercategorytype/dropdown/dropdown.class.php
-> to be:
$form->addElement('select', "element$this->name", format_string($this->description),$optionsmenu);

And now dropdown shows selection however when i send a new ticket there is a debug info:

Hello,

I think we have found it. we have changed line 120 in -> mod/tracker/classes/trackercategorytype/dropdown/dropdown.class.php

FROM -> if (empty($attributeid)) { TO -> if (empty($attribute->id)) {

So at the moment everything looks right.
I have also sent the international Spanish translation to AMOS

Hi, thank you so much for this plugin.

I am trying to use it on Moodle 2.8.2 but I encountered several problems.

I inserted on my course an instance of the Tracker activity with the modality "Task distributor".

When I create tickets (as Teacher or Manager), after the creation I can't see them on the "Views" tab. I can see the count correctly updated on the Reports tab only (their status is set to "posted").
Actually sometimes on the "Views" tab I can see the updated count of the tickets, but when I click on the tab, the count returns to zero with no tickets displayed.

I checked the capabilities of the users I am performing tests and they should have the right permissions.

I suspect there are some compatibility issues at least with my specific installation.

Any hints to try to solve?

Hi, I would really like to see this plugin working with moodle 2.83+!

I would also love to see this add-on updated for Moodle 2.8.x+. I have been using it anyway after fixing a few minor warnings but since February it has become a real problem. When you open a ticket for updating, the new editor auto save will replace all the current text with the text from the PREVIOUS ticket I was editing. I am seeing the same behaviour in Moodle 2.9rc2.

Just found a Moodle 2.8 stable version of User Support - Work Tracker at the github location: https://github.com/vfremaux/moodle-mod_tracker/tree/MOODLE_28_STABLE that seems to be working just fine in both Moodle 2.8 and 2.9.

Hi,

I installed this. A user is being able to view only the tickets raised by self. How to set site admin as the one who can view all new tickets and assign them to someone. Also, teacher is not being able to raise a ticket. Please guide and help.

Great Job . I currently used this on my Moodle 2.7 as post on-site training questions management and tracking system. Currently I stil have 3 open question for which I didn't find answer on the web :
1 : How is it possible to disable 'Editing On' button for regular users (students). This is disturbing and generates screen error message (not allowed...)
2 : In Managed elements / Attachment, images file (*.png, *.jpg..) seems not be supported. Could be ? If yes How ?
3 : Is it possible to manage variable \$a substitution in mail message workflow without editing php code ? If yes ? How ?
