Just found this threat. Does this mean Fordson is discontinued?

    Richard van Iwaarden,
I wouldn't call Rebel a threat. Fordson has been updated to work with Moodle 3.10. We do think Rebel is much simpler and offers a much better user experience.

    Loving this theme!
    Just a few thoughts/feedback:
    1. Probably still needs to be a login/log-out button in top right header. Users are so well trained to that UX experience from facebook/twitter and other social.
    2. Would be good to have a settings option to control the size of the title & navigation headers to maximise content screen realestate.
    3. Would be great if the main region/content block could use up the full width, or more width. So that there is more screen realestate for content. At the moment the core navigation column on the left resizes to take up more room than it needs too.

Hi. How can I change the background color of the main area (site body?) of the theme? I can't find anything in either the presets scss or in the settings. I thought it would be body-color, but it is the text color, it seems.

    Jesse H,
    1. Due to the breadcrumbs being at the top of the page it might create problems to put the user menu back up there. I feel you might be right about the user experience part due to people being trained to look there. My other thought was maybe put the logout item on the Dashboard links across the top of the page. That is where the other user menu items went. It would make sense to include the logout there too.
    2. Could be done with CSS.
    3. Might be more difficult since I am using a Bootstap column

I'm using your theme but I can't enroll students in a course.
Could you tell me how I do it, I don't see the option. Thank you

Luis, When on a course page, click the Course Dashboard as a teacher in the course. You will see "participants" which will allow you to manually enroll students. You can also see the Enrollment Methods and setup other enrollment methods. We use Easy Enrollment plugin which is integrated with this and the Fordson theme. Grab that plugin here: https://moodle.org/plugins/enrol_easy

Hi! I am currently running a 3.9 Moodle version, can I use it in my Moodle site or is it a paid theme? Thanks

    Hello,
Thank you for your new Rebel format.
Are you thinking of integrating a Jitsi video conferencing button like in your Fordson Theme which is my favorite graphic theme?
    Thank you in advance.
    Sincerely
    Daniel Méthot

Hi. Thank you so much for making this theme. I have 2 questions.
    - How can I shorten the height of the Headerlinks Navbar? On my site, it looks big with too much empty space above and below the buttons for profile, preferences, grades.
    - How did you make your courses show up as a card with the progress bar underneath?
Thank you again. Appreciate your help and the work you're doing to create this theme for us!

Hello Ryan, because navigation and the direction of Moodle is changed so significantly with the 4.0 release, we are not planning on continued development of any of our previous themes. We do have a new Moodle 4 theme called LearnR which should be in the repository soon.

    Hello Chris,
Unfortunately this very simple theme no longer works in Moodle 4.2.1+.
    It's a shame.
    So I'm switching to LearnR!
    Best regards.

I like that you can easily get to the areas you need to get to. I also like that you keep things simple.
