About the Student feedback (deferred) behaviour
This question behaviour is derived from the Deferred feedback behaviour, and questions will behave essentially the same.
With
this behaviour however, students can submit one comment for each
question and one comment for the whole Quiz, after their attempt is
submitted.
These comments are editable by the student, and are visible by the teachers.
Setup
Once installed, simply go to a Quiz settings > Question behaviour > Select "Student feedback (deferred)".
Quiz report
Students feedback can be viewed within the quiz report interface using the quiz_feedback
plugin.

Yes it is, I have just updated the supported versions.
Thank you!
1. Student can make his comment public. By default the comment should be public for other students to see. He might has a better way to solve the question or he might point out mistake in existing teacher solution.
2. Reply feature against a comment. This way other student can reply to his/her comment.
3. Upvote and down vote against each comment.
4. Sort a comment on the basis or most upvoted comment/ Most recent comment.
5. It should be compatible with Quiz plugin and should not delimit any of its current feature.
It will be better if it is provided as a block. Comment should be appearing for each question.
Essay questions do force a "manually graded" behaviour, thus can not be compatible with this kind of question behaviour.

Astor
I am sorry you are having a hard time making it work.
Have you correctly set your Quiz behaviour to "Student feedback (deferred)"?
Please note that the comment box only appears if the question attempts has been submitted (not during the attempt).
Also, you may need to tweak the "Review options" in Quiz settings to display enough during the attempt.
If you still encounter problems, please provide complete information (What are you trying to achieve? What have you already done? What is the current result?)
Best regards,
Astor
