  Are there any plans for a M3.2 version? Has anybody tested if current version (3.0) works in M3.2 ?

  I'm already using it on a 3.2 site with no issues - I have a couple of minor style changes to add, but beyond that it seems to be fine. I'll do some 'formal' testing over the next couple of days and either release a new version with fixes, or (I suspect more likely) simply add 3.2 to the supported versions. If anyone has tried it and identified any problems, then let me know and I'll get them fixed, but it should work as is

  Do you have any students enrolled on that particular course, and have you selected 'Students' as a role to display?

  Hi all, I am using the latest version of Moodle: 3.2.2.
  The Course Contacts block remains empty after installing it, adding it as a block in the sidebar and editing the settings.
  
  I am using a teacher account and wish to have a list of contacts to be available. The block is visible, no members (any role) are visible. Currently there are 1 student and 1 admin logged in to Moodle.
  
  Is this a version issue?

  Hello Richard, this is very useful plugin, but I have couple suggestions. First, I know that a lot of Institution are using groups in courses (as separate Classrooms in same Grade), and this is case in my Institution too, and to use this block we need settings where we can choose, that block can be filtered by groups - that Teacher or nonediting Teacher only can see clients in his/her group and client from that group only can see their Teacher or nonediting Teacher. Second, our Government has condition for us - client can't see or contact other clients in the system (Moodle), and solution for that is to you make available for this plugin to be placed in two instances in the same course - first instance with just Teacher for that group, showing visible to the clients, and - second instance with clients from that group, showing visible to the Teacher of that group. At the end, I know that this is sound little odd, but with these options added to this plugin you will be covering all possible options for all users of Moodle.

  Hi ,
  The course contact block shows correctly the list of teachers in the course page, but in the activities pages of the same course, the liste of teachers is empty. what is the problem? I am using Moodle 3.1.1

  I would like to report a problem.
  Today I try upgrade to a new version 2017100100 (Version 3.2).
  
  However, after the upgrade, that occurred without error in the plugin page manager, the virtual rooms with the plugin stopped working, displaying HTTP 500 error.
  
  I downgraded the version to be able to solve the problem.
  
  Description of my system
  Course contacts: 3.1 (2017070100)
  Moodle 3.2.5 (Build: 20170911)

  Hi, I've just relabelled the versions in the database: The new version is only suitable for 3.3+ due to core changes (image_url etc). Apologies for the confusion.

  Hi Ricardo, I have it running on 3.4 and 3.5dev with no issues, so I've updated the Moodle versions on the download to show 3.3 & 3.4. If you find any bugs I haven't spotted, please let me know.

  Hello, it seems that it doesn't work very well with "Group mode: Separate groups" and "Force group: Yes" (course settings). All users/students see each other, where they should see people only from their own group. Can this be fixed?

  Well, It's a course contacts block rather than a group contacts block, so I would think that may need quite a lot of attention and is not something I have time to do at the moment. If someone would like to work on it and send me a pull request I'd be happy to consider it.

  Hello,
  I use your plugin CourseConstacts and it's a really good tool. But I have a question about it : I created a new role (duplicate from teacher role), but it's not active by default and I must activate it for every new course on "Roles to show" part.
  Where can I change this property for all courses on my moodle site ?

  Hi Alain, If you have access to your database, and if the settings are the same for all of your courses then one way I have achieved something similar to this in the past is to use the database directly. The plugin creates a string that represents the settings - its in mdl_block_instances as the configdata. You could make the change on one know context, then take that config string and apply it to all the other contexts (either manually or using an UPDATE sql - but PLEASE backup, test, etc before doing that!)

  Hello Richard,
  about role activation with an update sql, it's ok, I understand (but it's not really easy !!). another problem : Email option is activate on blocks, but it's not a "mailto" and we need to config email options for any user in the lists of the course_contacts. Is it possible to automate this feature or is it better to use the notification option (and then, how to deactivate email option for all the blocks course_contacts) ?
