Just to clarify (and I assume you have checked the badge scheduled tasks?) Is the badge awarded based on course completion where the final grade is 16/20 which is 80% plus completing the feedback?

Hello Pieter. All you need do is click an issue (any issue really) to 'watch' it or vote for an issue and then shortly you will be able to create a new issue.

Well I checked the German, French and Russian communities (the ones I frequent) and indeed the language is forced in the settings of each of those courses. I'm sorry I am not observant enough to remember what it was like previously.
