Well I would have three categories in the Question bank and add your easy/medium/hard questions into those categories and then I would create 3 separate quizzes, taking the questions from each category easy/medium/hard, and allow your students to choose which quiz to do. See Quiz

Hello Marisa

It is the More theme which has had some extra CSS added to it. The basic idea is here Standard themes - in the section "example of a customised More theme" and the front page has had some CSS added to it too which I will include in this docs page shortly. Please also refer to the tracker MDLSITE-3245
