PS The reason I sometimes want to do this, Colin, is that can I have introductory stuff in the first section, then I have; 1st Week, 2nd Week, etc.  and it looks funny to see:

I can't help you directly but this seems to be a theme question. If you put the name of the theme in your title maybe the author of that theme would help you.

This problem keeps coming up again and again. Please vote for MDL-26851 (Moodle Packages for Windows won't install on Vista or Windows 7) so that it gets fixed.
