The IP allocated to your network by your ISP is the one you are going to use as your external IP accessible outside of your network, but, it as well includes opening firewall ports in your gateway o get it accessed outside of your network, there could be possibility of your network running a web server already, so you may want to consider attaching a domain name to your moodle.
Sandeep, you may have uninstalled skype AFTER installing the moodle windows installer/ or bitnami. This wont do any good as at the time of installation, when Apache saw port 80 already taken, it may have allocated another port e.g. 8080 to Apache.
go into Apache configuration file and change ports there.

I can see contemporary theme's favicon still being shown whilst theme itself looks like default theme.
rather than purging cache's, go into your moodledata folder, and remove "cache" and "localcache" folders, refresh your page and see where you stand. These folders will re-appear once you have reloaded your page, so dont worry about deleting them.
If didnt work, then add information as asked by Richard already.
