Why use arrays in parameters?  It doesn't seem to have any advantages and just makes things complicated.

Just use:

  <input type="submit" name="cancel" value="<?php print_string('cancel');?>" />

The more the better, but just so you know, there will be a big colourful Moodle booth there at BETT this year.

I used those labels just to be provocative and a little humorous (it's based on a paper I wrote for a conference), and they are meant to be read with a attached. And it *is* just meant to refer to the extremes of a spectrum of online techniques, not teachers as a whole! I'm sure no-one is really that extreme.

What label would you suggest for that end of the spectrum?
