As the title says, one of our sites isn't sending out notifications for forums with forced or automatic subscription, however it does send out notifications when the forum is set to optional subscription and users have manually subscribed. But as soon as the forum is set back to forced/auto subscription, it stops sending out notifications again.
Watching the cron output, the new forum posts are listed, however it shows 0 users to receive notifications.
We were running 3.4, and I updated to 3.7 to see if it fixed anything - which it didn't.
Any idea what the issue could be?
It's a standard install with no additional plugins.
