I have problem setup new Moodle version with separate machine of PostgreSQL server in Win2012 server environment. Kindly advise where can I find step by step new installation?

I having problem connect PostgreSQL database during setup. So I leave default setting and complete the setup. After finished, I changed config.ini to connect my database server. I got this following message. Anyway to find installation guide for PostgreSQL?
Error: database driver problem detected
The site administrator should verify server configuration
Unknown driver native/postgresql

This is the problem with Windows servers in this forum. In Linux, eg. Debian, I would look for a PHP module php7.X-pqsql.
