I use moodle 3.5.

After installing and activating a flash plugin JW player I got a white moodle screen.

I already deleted cache and localcache from moodledata directory with no effect.

I tried purgescache.php too.

Help please.

Which plugin (link please)?

Enable Debugging. Depending what you have or have not got access to, you'll need to do it by copying the debugging lines in config-dist.php to config.php. Reproduce the problem. Do you get additional debugging information displayed?

Yes - you should. Full details if you follow the link - Debugging

Have you tried just deleting the plugin?

Hello Howard,

How to delete it?
You mean delete the JWPlayer directory from plugin directory of moodle?

Regards.

He

It seems that my troubles come from licencing. I activated the plugin without getting and filling licencing credentials.
Is it enough to simply delete the JWplayer folder to get out of my troubles?

Please help.

Regards.

Did you read the README fully? It seems there is quite a lot to it?

Yes - you can just delete the directories.
