Hi, we are using local hosted Moodle 3.6, while triyng to add authentication plugin, system hangs and didn't install it, after restarting it, directly we got the following error on the frontpage without any option to access the system, any help how to solve this issue and access the system, thanks
Do you mean you are adding an optional plugin? If so, which one?

However, I'm not convinced it was anything to do with that plugin. The error message was not generated by it.
