I don't know how to assign badge to user after getting score from scorm package.
I want to assign adequate badge according to this score. For example:
Score 100% - gold medal
Score 60-99% - silver medal
Lower score - bronze medal
Is this possible? Maybe there are some plugins that let me do it.

To get this behaviour you can combine "Restrict access" and "Activity completion" features:
After that, you should be able to create three different badges and configure them depending on the resource you've configured for each case.

Your idea sounds really good and probably I'll go this way, but I have two questions.
1. Is it possible to assign badge in Moodle depending on single activity completion? I don't see this criterion while adding new badge. There is only an option to assign badge after completion of the whole course and some other useless for me options.
2. Is it possible to completly hide resource from the user? For example, when someone gets 50% I want to show him only one of three resources and the other two should be completely hidden.
