we just upgraded a site from 1.9 to 3.3.5. No one has had any issues with logging in except one user. He's using Safari version 11.0.2 with the iCloud keychain. The site went from http to https and I think keychain may be sending him to the wrong path but we set up a redirect so not sure if that's the problem. He's cleared his cache and cookies, no luck. I've also tested logging on in Safari and had no problems.
We're hosting this site on IIS.
I've checked user permissions on the Moodle folder and IUSR permissions are set.
Anyone else had a similar experience?
The full message he's getting is: 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
