I would like to build more effective educational videos (currently using paper and a phone).
Does anybody have any good resources on creating videos where you can mark up pre-made worksheets? Interactivity with JavaScript or something similar would be great!
Probably Camtasia, or something similar.
You can use free resources such as screencast-o-matic.com to create videos, upload to Youtube or Vimeo, and add the video to edpuzzle, vizia, or h5p to add quizzes and other activities.
Along with the other recommendations, one of the most useful programs I have found for making videos is OBS Studio. (Open Broadcaster Software - Windows, Mac and Linux versions all free.) It allows you to live stream or record. You can have multiple sources cued up for use in your stream/recording. Sources can be videos, still pictures, your monitor, audio, music, etc. You can even do picture in picture...I have used up to four sources on screen at a time, using various combinations of live cameras, photos, and pre-recorded video. Works great.
