I want to run an sql query to list all the subjects/modules without teachers,

There is this from the ad-hoc contributed reports page:

I have run it with the Configurable Reports plug in with success. But it is only supported in Moodle 3.1. I hope it is updated soon - we upgrade this summer.
If I write anything else, it will become very obvious that I am not a database person...
