Ive signed for cloud version of LMS.

My findings:

1. Language app/switcher. Dropdown should be wider and oneliner.

2. Navigation. Its complete messed up. Without any logic, certain positions are repeated, some gives errors like PACR.

3. Some crazy ass try to force me to deactivate Adblocker. MSG shows every X seconds, please read XMS below:

NO i WILL NOT DEACTIVATE ADBLOCKER. YOU MOODLE DEVS ARE TRYING TO LIMIT MY FREEDOM OF WHAT LMS TO CHOSE AND USE. ITS SIMPLY AGAINST LICENSE YOUR SCRIPT IS UNDER AND ITS AGAINST THE LAW OF EU (YOU CANNOT LIMIT FREEDOM OF CHOICE OF WHAT PRODUCT TO USE - IT ONE OF THE FREEDOM EU IS BASED UPON). BY DOING THIS YOU RISK SERIOUS LEGAL CONSEQUENSES.

Thank you for your feedback. Could you expand on your first point, I understand the idea of a dropdown being wider, but I didn't understand your use of the term oneliner.

Your second point is too general for me to understand what action might be taken and I am not familiar with the term PACR.

With reference to your last point, the source code to Moodle is made available freely under the GPL license and you can install and run it on your own machines without any financial cost and without any advertising component. Could you indicate which clause of the GPL you are concerned is being breached.

It is possible to pay a very modest fee to remove the advertising from the MoodleCloud service. I am not aware of the EU restricting the ability to use advertising as a way of supporting a web based service and would be interested to know what you are referring to.
