Installling 3.1.2 Error

Help! by installing the version 3.1.2 I became this error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare error() in /var/www/xxxxyyy/moodle/lib/deprecatedlib.php on line 859

What I'm doing wrong. It is the first time becoming problems with an installation. Someone had this problem too?

Need a whole lot more information...  fresh install or upgrade - if upgrade from what version?  What are you installing on? Can you turn debugging on in config.php and try it again to see if you get more error messages?

Thanks a lot. I tried to uncomment the lines 859 in the document. It was enough.
