TeX notation removing the | < vertical bar

Hi there,

I have a fairly specific issue, regarding the TeX notation in the equation editor, displaying a '|' vertical bar at the end of each equation.  Any help appreciated.

eg. Equations such as this;

\( \epsilon _{Ni-718nm}=\frac{0.750}{0.04814Mcm} = 15.6M^{-1} cm^{-1} \)

Render with an unwanted '|' at the end of each equation.

Yes: I have checked the equation editor over and over and also the rendering HTML.

Note: This issue didn't appear until a few days after creating the equations.

Sounds like https://github.com/mathjax/MathJax/issues/1300

Changing the version of MathJax should fix it.

Thanks Mauno. Your post helped me realise what was going on in MDL-53521. As I mentioned in the issue, the problem will be fixed in 3.1 when the MathJax URL is updated to 2.6 (MDL-52752).
