General help

Hello communities,

I'm new in Moodle and like its all features but recently I faced one problem...

In my moodle site I used multiple languages like English & Arabic, when I used Arabic It displays the teacher  or any user name something like this under the Course List.

Not this but there are many pages in which either unreadable or display the code instead of the arabic text.

With this post I attached the screenshot..

Is there anyone who knew about this.
