Ijust uploaded and unpacked Moodle for the first time. When I ran the installer, I got an error:
Warning: main(./lib/moodlelib.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/amorph13/public_html/testbed/moodle/install.php on line 76
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required './lib/moodlelib.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/amorph13/public_html/testbed/moodle/install.php on line 76
I have tried using the latest stable version and the latest stable branch - both with the same resulting error.
Any suggestions?

I´ve ran my install with the same problem. What I´ve discovered it was at the upload time, I don´t know why, the data warned as missed it was not really at the file. For some reason the file was not uploaded totaly. I solve the problem uploading everything again an checking if the information requested was at the place should be, and it was. As soon this was done everything ran fine. I hope this info help you.
