Gradebook

Hi

One of the courses within our Moodle, has an assignment in it, and the assignment is graded by Scales created by the tutor

However, only some of the Students grades are allowing the tutor to use this Scale. When I checked the assignment, it is definatly selected for the correct scale.

Also not only can you not change the grade, you can not leave feedback either (please see attached image)

Does anyone know what could be causing this, or a solution.
