Is there a way to change the word "Grade" sitewide to something more business appropriate like "Progress"?
I can't seem to find this in any documentation. There may be a plug-in that I am missing as well. Any help is appreciated!

If you go to site administration>language>language editing>edit words or phrases you will find a drop down that gives all the language files which you can edit (ie, change the words of) from within Moodle. Most of the commonly used words and phrases are in the one called moodle.php.
Thank you Mary! I would never have looked here! This did the trick. Additionally, the "grades.php" file allows you to control the "Grade Item" that appears in the Grades table as a column header.
