I need to edit the workshop module, but i cant's find the "class" workshop.. for add somes variable that i need..
for example, where is defined somes variables like "submissionstart", "id", "nelements", "assessmentend" or "password".

Moodle modules are not wrapped by a class. The module setting form is defined in mod_form.php and the form items are mapped onto a DB table fields.
Please note there is an ongoing project to rewrite the Workshop for 2.0 as the code is very out-dated.
