I have the same problem in Moodle 3.9, the tables that store the data "mdl_zoom_meeting_details and mdl_zoom_meeting_participants" are not registering new data, since the last update we made to the zoom plugin. Zoom folks have to fix it outright.

Have the same question as other and have not seen the answer. I get "Invalid access token" when trying complete settings on plugin. I've tried everything I can think of!

    Hello,
I installed correctly this plugin on my moodle area. I can start meeting successfully. I need to start multiple meetings in the same moment. I added on my zoom account, another user as administrator.
Now when I create a new meeting, I add "email@gmail.com" for example into "Alternativa host" box. The system gives me an error that is:
Zoom received a bad request: email@gmail.com is not a paying user.

    I have 3 questions:

    1) I need to upgrade my main account?
    2) I need to upgrade also email@gmail.com account?
    3) If I want to start for example 5 meetings in the same moment, I need to have 5 pro account on zoom?

    Thanks

Same problem. I updated zoom plugin from v3.3 to v3.4 in Moodle 3.6 and report sessions don't work. Maybe is the new implementation that appear in change log "Used Dashboard API to improve get_meeting_reports task".

    Hello,
Do you think you can integrate this project (perhaps abandoned) into this zoom plugin? https://github.com/bs-23/moodle-plugins-zoom-meeting-attendance
Thanks for the work you are doing.

After installing zoom plugin on moodle (3.5.0) got an error " Web do Zoom service error: Zoom API Key not found" and then when trying to access Site Administrator menu t o uninstall the pluggin got the error: "Exception - Call to undefined method admin_settingpage::hide_if()

Now I can´t access the site administrator. Try to to use the login as admin but after login can´t find a path or a way to uninstall the plugin. I am out of town and will not have access to the server during this week. is there a way to fix this?

    Dear contributors,
for me the same. After upgrading to the latest version of Zoom I get an error just before displaying meeting configuration page:
Zoom received a bad request: Only available for Paid account.
I am using Moodle version 3.95+.
I will have to rollback update.

    Thank you!

I have installed the latest version (3.6) but despite the "Changelog to version 3.5 (Fixed bug causing downloading of meeting participation reports to fail)", I still have the same problem: Session reports cannot be downloaded.

Does a Zoom "PRO" account qualify for this plug-in? You state, "Requires a business or educational Zoom account to configure and setup."
    Thanks.

In the test (version 3.6), I used a Zoom PRO account that works perfectly with the version 3.3 of the plugin, even in providing the reports of the sessions to be downloaded, as I explained in the previous post (mer, 17 feb 2021, 16:33).

Has anyone used version 3.6 completely and without bugs?
    Any suggestions ?
    Thank you.

Thank you for this very good plugin! We plan to use it and it already works fine in a preview environment. As we do have a pool of about 25 pro licenses for our staff i am a bit worried about the setting "Redefine licenses".

"If the number of your licenses exceeds those required, then when you create each new activity by the user, it will be assigned a PRO license by lowering the status of another user. The option is effective when the number of active PRO-licenses is more than 5."

I did not tick this setting, leaving the default value "No" there. Can i be absolutely sure pro licenses wont be grabbed from other accounts of zoom belonging to our pool?
    Thanks for clarification on this!

    Kindest regards,
    Michael
