    Hi Lorenzo,
do you know if I can generate a report/log for each videocall, with the list of participants and their ip address with the start time and the time they closed the call?
    thanks

    Hi Rex Lorenzo,

At the meeting, the moodle user (logged in) does not need to type his name or email again, it is working perfectly.

But in the Webinar this did not happen, the user logged into the moodle, still needs to enter a name and email after clicking on enter the Webinar environment.

Do you have any indication of what we can do so that all users logged in to moodle, enter without the need to re-enter their data?

    Thank you.

@Andrea Cucci - Rete Oltre Yes. Click on the Zoom meeting on Moodle, then click on "Sessions" below the "Join/Host Meeting" button. If there have been sessions you can click on the participants number for the participants list. It will show join/leave times, but not IP address.

@Rogerio Barion Seems Webinar is handled differently than a regular meeting and Zoom no longer accepts passing the username on the join link. That is a limitation by the product then. You can try contacting Zoom support or use the LTI Pro (https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/f8JUB3eeQv2lXsjKq5B2FA).

I was also receiving an invalid access token error - the problem was that the password auto-generated by my training management system (Arlo) didn't match the password parameters I had set up in Zoom. Either change your parameters, or change the generated passwords and maybe that will help you, as well.

Hi, I have a little problem. On Moodle within sessions page, in Zoom activity, I can see a meeting with 0 partecipants, but if I select the same report from zoom webpage (Account management > Reports > Active Host) there are the correct number of partecipants. Can I solve it running cron manually?

Hello! Any hints on what will happen after May 31st when Zoom makes meeting passwords mandatory if a user leaves password blank? Can the module set a random password, similar to the meetings client?

@Rex Lorenzo Is it possible to add a previously-scheduled Zoom meeting (scheduled in Arlo) as an activity in a Moodle course for ease of use and visibility by the student?

@Emanuele You can run the task that generates the meeting with debugging to find if there's an error:
    php admin/tool/task/cli/schedule_task.php --execute="\mod_zoom\task\get_meeting_reports" --showdebugging
@Robinson In the newest master we are setting passwords by default. We hope to have a new version out once we handle a few more bugs.
@Audrie No, we cannot connect to already created meetings. But you can always post a link to those meetings on your Moodle site via the URL course module.

Not sure where I am going wrong but I am using an active Zoom account (used for months, all working) and getting an error saying "Unable to find your account on Zoom. If you are using Zoom for the first time, you must Zoom account by logging into Zoom https://us02web.zoom.us/s/xxxxxxxxxx. Once you've activated your Zoom account, reload this page and continue setting up your meeting. Else make sure your email on Zoom matches your email on this system."

The account is active, the email matches the zoom account email, as far as I can see the API keys are ok... where do I start looking to debug this and get it running?
