    Hi Fumikazu,

Thank you for sharing this. This installs fine on 2.4 and seems to work well smile.

Have you spoken to Andreas? it would be constructive if he knew about this in case an effort can be made to combine the best of both these modules into feedback. ( as feedback into feedback module big grin)

Before approving this, could you please consider and let us know about adding a Issue tracker URL, to go to when users would like to report an issue.

    Hi Fumikazu,
In the Admin>Application Form>Edit this plugin page, the field is called 'Bug tracker URL'. ie:

You do not necessarily need to create your own system. If you do not have a preferred one, we're always happy to create a project component to track issues in, see link:

If i understand you right, you're thinking of using the forum as an issue tracker? It may not be as scalable but it is your choice, you can always change it in future smile

    Hi everyone,
I installed the plugin on Moodle 2.5 and activated the e-mail-notification. Sind then, every trainer gets E-Mails, when user submit an apply. Not only the trainers of the course, but every user with a role trainer. What can I do to change this?
    Thanks for help

Surely, e-mail is sent to all the teachers of the course.
Whom do you think the mail should be sent to?

    Sorry, I mistook.
Is it sent to all the teachers of the your site?
If it is so, I will try to correct it.

    I've checked this problem.
An e-mail will be sent to the users with the privileges of the mod/apply:receivemail .
They are teacher and editingteacher now.
    What is role of trainer?

Hi Fumikazu, thanks for your request,
role trainer = role teacher. Of course I thought, that only course-teachers get the mails. But obviously all the teacher of my site gets those mails. Is the problem solved yet?
