Rocket is a professional high customisable theme for those who wish their Moodle site to look less moodley. It is a fixed width theme with multiple block locations.

As this is an advanced theme using some very new Moodle 2 functions (I don't think used yet in other themes) I strongly recommend reading the documemtation via the link below.

A demo of this theme in action can be seen at http://features.demo.moodle.com.au/

Please view the sample screenshot below to see an image identifying key theme features.

Should you have issues with the using the theme, please post your comments in the forums. If you have a bug or a patch, please post these in the Moodle Tracker using the link below

    Hello ,
I am trying to install rocket theme in my moodle 2.7 and it requires theme_canvas as a dependency plugin which is not currently present at moodle.org or in github repository to download. So, please support me to install this theme at my moodle site.

    Hi Sakshi,

Thanks for reaching out to us!
Actually, theme_canvas is already installed in moodle 2.7. So, dependency_check of theme rocket should not fail. If you had uninstalled the canvas theme from your moodle theme folder by chance, you can download the theme from https://github.com/moodle/moodle/tree/master/theme/canvas .

Let me know if you still face any difficulty.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Arindam

    Thanks DualCube Team ,
Issue is resolved. Actually my client has deleted the canvas theme from his Moodle site. When i checked on mine installation is successful. At github there is no way to download the canvas theme by the way.

    Hi there,

I was wondering how I would go about making some different colored rocket themes within the rocket theme. The reason I ask is that it would be nice to be able distinguish different courses within the whole Moodle site. Right now, mine is organized with Rocket throughout. I have a different image in the course descriptions. Sometimes, even I have to myself check to make sure I am in the correct course. I think I can figure out how to change a color or two. Would I make duplicates of the Rocket theme with some color changes and have them as separate themes?

    Thanks,
    Jeff

    Hi Jeff,

Thanks for reaching out to us! Actually this feature is still not available with this theme. We will surely keep this in mind going forward and try to implement in the future upgrades.

Please let me know if we can help you with anything else.

    Thanks and Regards,
    Arindam

in front page setting I chose the enrolled course list to be shown to the logged in users. However, all courses short cut appears on the front page which allows the not enrolled user to check other courses in the system.

I would like to hide this short cut.

    Any help?

Hi .. appears that the Rocket theme is having an issue with Moodle 3.0 ... the section names are repeated after upgrading to 3.0. I am reluctant to move to another theme and hope that an update resolving the issue will be available soon. Thanks.

Hi there, our Moodle 3.15 has been using the Rocket theme for a few years now with no issues. This is with version 2014091802. Yesterday our Moodle server reported a newer version 2014091803 was available. When I installed it, the formatting on our pages was off (text outside of login fields, etc). Tried clearing the browser cache, tried various browsers, etc but no difference. I was able to install the older version of the theme back in and then everything was fine again. But not sure what was up.

    Dear DualCube Team,

    RE: your reply on https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=434286.

It would be great if you could edit the entry now and remove the M4.0 compatibility for the existing download. Then users would know where they stand.
