This is the theme of Educacionbe moodle OnLine. It is based on the bootstrap and allows extensive customization and some unique to help improve the usability of Moodle features. Rediceñado with CSS3 bonones all menus and links. The theme includes bar menu based on Moodle.
The theme has custom icons and a profile section on the toolbar ported from the previous version menu, but with a modern interface that adapts to different mobile devices.
Two other new features added to this latest version are General Warning and Alert snow. Allow easy implementation of alerts to users for events such as Student Council meetings, charity events.

I went ahead and set the missing fields for you, assuming you are going to use the Github for issues tracking, too. I realized that some of the raised issues are still valid and reported them into your new tracker. Once the reported issues are fixed in the Github repository and a new ZIP plugin version is uploaded here with the fixes, I'll be happy to approve this theme. Thanks for you hard work on it, and for your patience with the approval reviews process.

Sorry, I can't see the raised issues fixed - neither in your Github repo, nor in the current ZIP version of the theme. All issues #1 to #4 are still valid.

Please note the most recent version uploaded here does not seem to match your github repository. The raised issues were fixed in github, But the version available as a ZIP here still suffers from them. We do not automatically pull from your github. You have to explicitly release new versions here by uploading new ZIPs. You can use git tags to easily fetch tagged ZIPs archive from github to the plugins directory.
Thanks Hilario. There are still some issues left in your tracker. However I believe they will be addressed in a future update of the theme. With that hope, I am going to approve this plugin now. You are cleared to land, welcome to the Plugins directory!
