Please note the most recent version uploaded here does not seem to match your github repository. The raised issues were fixed in github, But the version available as a ZIP here still suffers from them. We do not automatically pull from your github. You have to explicitly release new versions here by uploading new ZIPs. You can use git tags to easily fetch tagged ZIPs archive from github to the plugins directory.

Sorry, I can't see the raised issues fixed - neither in your Github repo, nor in the current ZIP version of the theme. All issues #1 to #4 are still valid.

I went ahead and set the missing fields for you, assuming you are going to use the Github for issues tracking, too. I realized that some of the raised issues are still valid and reported them into your new tracker. Once the reported issues are fixed in the Github repository and a new ZIP plugin version is uploaded here with the fixes, I'll be happy to approve this theme.
