  Thanks for sharing this plugin with the Moodle community. It seems that it could be useful when you want to give a particular user (like a teacher's assistant) the ability to control the open and close dates of a quiz without allowing them to make other changes to the quiz. I installed and took a quick look and all appears to function as expected. I am going to go ahead and approve this plugin.
  
  You may want to consider providing screenshot here in Moodle plugins. If you have time, you may wish to consider creating some documentation and providing the URL for that documentation. Alternatively you may simply link to the README file since installing and using the code is pretty straight forward.

  Is there a plug in (like the dates report) which would allow me easy access to the settings for all my quizzes. I want to change the review options to reflect a new assessment philosophy.

  I am not aware of one. Someone could create one, but that would be a bit of work.
  
  Or, if you are brave, you could bulk-update the data in the database.

  Current version works in Moodle 3.9.
