1- Can you add Save to local / Save to cloud option when host joined?
2- Can you add saved Zoom video links? This could be either automatically or by hand. I cannot add any Zoom lessons link from zoom.us later.
Thanks.
-- User A and User B are instructors in the Moodle course.
-- In his Zoom settings, User B has assigned scheduling privileges to User A
-- User A is logged in to Moodle and goes to add a Zoom Meeting instance to the course
-- User A sees that he can schedule the meeting for both User B and User A ("Yourself").
-- When User A tries to schedule for himself (UserA), he get's an error ("You cannot schedule for the specified user") -- see link below for screenshot.

User A is able to create a Zoom meeting instance for User B. And User A is able to schedule a meeting when User B is not an instructor in the course (i.e., the "Schedule meeting for" option is not present). The error is produced when the "Schedule meeting for" option is present, and User A tries tries to create a meeting for himself.
Please let me know if there might be any settings that would address this problem, or if you have any questions. I can also submit an issue to the GitHub repo is that would help.
Thanks much... Brian Warling (UCSF)
When a Basic user schedules or starts a Zoom meeting in Moodle, he will be assigned a PRO license by lowering the status of another user. This is fine.
However it will also lower the status of another user who has already started the meeting with a PRO license and is still hosting the meeting. This is certainly bad. Could we prevent this otherwise what is the point of this feature?
The zoom plugin is sending notifications messages to the teacher. Is there a way to stop it?
Thanks in advance
Are you setting up the Zoom plugin for the first time? Or, has the Zoom plugin been working for you and it has stopped working?
If you are setting up the Zoom plugin for the first time, please make sure that you have create a JWT app: https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/guides/build/jwt-app
At this time, we do not have support for an OAuth app.
If you have a new Zoom account, you may need to set it up again. The pre-existing meetings might not work if you are using a new account. I hope you are able to get it fixed!
Specifically for creating and updating meetings, the current limit appears to be 100 total changes per user, per day: https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/rate-limits#daily-meeting-createupdate-requests
There are other details about the API limits on that same page and the limits depend on your Zoom overarching account type (Pro vs Business/Enterprise/Education).
1. The webinar option appears disabled.
2. Can I do several meetings or webinars at the same time in different courses? That is to say: in course 1 at 2:00 pm there will be a webinar. And on the same day, at 2:00 pm, in course 2, there will be a meeting.
