This release includes the following:
1. Some minor bug fixes.
2. Support up to Moodle 3.11
3. Some major code changes to use latest PHP styles and types.
4. Some major code changes to use latest Moodle coding styles.
5. Tighter validation of data from front-end to the API layer.
6. Some language strings moved to the language pack.
7. Some static html moved to renderer and mustache.
