Web service template plugin for Moodle 2.X

It is a template designed as a starting point for developing third party web services.
It includes a simple Hello World example.

To test:
1- install the plugin in Moodle
2- Read, setup and run /client/client.php

Default installation instructions for plugins of the type General plugins (Local)

  1. Make sure you have all the required versions.
  2. Download and unpack the module.
  3. Place the folder in the "local" subdirectory.
  4. Visit http://yoursite.com/admin to finish the installation.
