The menu package allows you to remove menus that are
defaulted by Moodle but not used in the enterprise environment or make them
role dependent. With the menu pack, you can get a much simpler look according
to today's trends.
The Flexible menu also allows you to add your own role dependent menu items to
the Moodle menu in a very simple way and to add icons to it. This
theme is part of a corporate LMS package which makes the Moodle system suitable
for a complete enterprise training organization with several plugins. If you
are interested in it, please contact us for further

Is it safe to install? Can you help?
I just read an article that says there is a problem with Windows Defender and it is sending a lot of wrong warnings.
I dare not share the article, because on the one hand, it is in Hungarian, and on the other hand, it is sometimes blocked for sharing.
Best regards
Francis
- Custom menu items do not appear
- The 'Custom Menu Items' page is still accessible through Site Administration and displays a list of all existing custom menu items
- New menu items can be added to the list through the normal process, despite them not appearing
- Trying to delete an item results in strange behaviour. Clicking the bin icon opens 'vxg_menus/delete_menu.php' accompanied by the following warnings:
"Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in... .../moodle/local/vxg_menus/classes/form/add_nav_item_form.php on line 55"
"Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in... .../moodle/local/vxg_menus/classes/form/add_nav_item_form.php on line 56"
This page has the same fields as the item config page, including the required fields 'Name' and 'url'. Clicking 'Save changes' without putting anything in these fields causes an error, but putting any string in these fields prior to clicking 'Save changes' results in
a new warning -
"Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in... .../moodle/local/vxg_menus/classes/form/add_nav_item_form.php on line 56"
- an 'automatic redirect' notification, a 'Continue' button, and the message 'Error output, so disabling automatic redirect'. Clicking 'Continue' opens the custom menu items list page again, the item deleted.
I hope that's useful for you, and look forward to hearing back.
Yes, we even have a new version that works on Moodle 4. Several of our customers are already using it, but it has not yet been added to the Moodle download.
The developer colleague who develops this plugin is currently on vacation. When he comes back we will upload it.
