A Moodle plugin to add a disclaimer popup when users click on an external link on your site.

Configure the plugin to recognise your own domain name(s). Any link clicked on with a URL at a different domain will generate a disclaimer message.

The disclaimer message is configurable, but would typically tell your users something like that you are not responsible for the content of external sites.
