I hope there's a setting to set the default mode. After I installed, the Moodle site becomes dark mode by default. My website is not designed for dark mode yet.

I'm using the latest Boost Union as my default theme.
When I switch to Dark Mode my headings text size changes, and the layout gets narrower slightly too. This is not just altering colours, it's tweaking other CSS too.
Also my left and right drawer backgrounds don't change colour, but the text in them goes from back to a shade of blue/grey. This makes them very low contrast and almost illegible.
And Romeo — There doesn't seem to be a default mode setting yes. I'm disabling it again for now.
    Any ideas please?
    Thanks!
    Jules.

Forgot to mention I'm running the latest 1.2.6 of local_boost_dark.
Also, I'm actually using a child of Boost Union which doesn't actually change the CSS at all, just overrides a renderer I needed for quiz questions.
Is there any reason this wouldn't work with a very simple child of Boost Union? (It's built following their boilerplate Boost Union child on Github).
    Thanks!
    Jules.

    Hello!

We installed local_boost_dark on our Moodle version 4.5.4 and now also on version 5.0.1. We noticed that after the installation, for example, in the Assign activity and the Essay question type, we no longer had the Tiny Editor for online text entry, but only a simple text field. The following error message appeared in the browser via the Developer Console:
    tinymce.js:19666

Failed to initialize the editor as the document is not in standards mode. TinyMCE requires standards mode.

After uninstalling the Dark Mode plugin, Tiny worked normally again.

    Best regards,
    Friedhelm
