This Advanced Grading plugin accepts uploaded CSV files containing criteria, levels and scores for a rubric for assignments, automatically imports the data within the file and translates it into Moodle's rubric editor page that allows the course administrator to edit the rubric if desired before making the rubric available for markers of the assignment.
