Installed this, enabled it, set it as first editor. It worked very smoothly, thanks Damyon.

Tried to install on Moodle 2.5.1+ It crashed with the following message: "Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: [cachedir]/cachestore_file/default_application/core_pluginlist/con directory can not be created, file with the same name already exists."

Vladimir, thanks for reporting the error - but it doesn't look related to the editor. Can you try purging your caches to see if this fixes the problem?

    Hello Damyon,
I got the same error ""Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: [cachedir]/cachestore_file/default_application/core_pluginlist/con directory can not be created, file with the same name already exists." as well on 2.5.1

I love what you have done with this editor. Nice and clean. I have added a few suggestions in the github project.

I have just downloaded the latest stable version of 2.5 today and I have only installed the onetopic tabs plugin and that is all. Everything else is out-of-box.

Hi Damyon, I don't know if this is any help, but under windows you cannot make any directory called 'con', it just comes up as being invalid. I have tried this on a Windows 8 computer, I tried it on a Windows 7 pro computer (separate) and I have tried it on Windows Server 2008 R2. Both through the File/Windows Explorer and through the command prompt, so I think for windows systems that is why the error is coming up. It just comes up the system name is invalid probably because windows has a con: device in windows/dos.

Thanks for the extra info Darren, I found the bug and it is a bug with Moodles caching system. I'll get it fixed in core ASAP - in the meantime - you may work around it by setting up a new cache file store with "singledirectory" enabled and make that the default file store. If that sounds too complicated - I'll try and get the fix in core for next weeks stable weekly.

Hello i'm new with Moodle, Is there any editor that display language option. Like in Moodle 1.9 because multiple language content is more difiicult for the non-technical person so how we remove the drawback of this problem.

I liked this plugin. I work as a writer in online essay writing service help student with essay. It is very convenient to edit text in html. I tried different plugins but stopped there. I was advised by my classmate.

I am using the Atto editor now. If I install this, will the content that I already have altered? Is the html content used in the Atto editor significantly different (incompatible) with this editor?
