Displays a scrollable carousel of images from a Flickr photostream (or a random static picture if Javascript not available)

This block is used to display a scrollable carousel of images from a single user's photostream on Flickr. It has three modes of operation:

  1. Entire photostream (selects a random start point in photostream and displays upto 50 images from that point)
  2. Photoset (displays an entire photoset in sequence - useful for storyboards, showing development over time, etc.)
  3. Tag (limits images to only those with the specified tag - useful for limiting selection based on course id)

The image caption is used to link back to the original page on Flickr, where discussion and more detail about the image may be available.

The block uses the Flickr APIs and does not store the images locally. It caches the information about the images for a week by default, but an update can be forced in situations where you want to make sure the latest updates are shown.
