moodle-atto_ruby
Ruby support for Atto! This plugin contains an Atto toolbar button that simplifies annotating text with phonetic information - select some text, click the button and add the pronunciation of the text in question.
Requires MDL-50868 integrated into your Moodle install, a patch currently up for peer review for integration into 2.8, 2.9 and 3.0. At present, Moodle 2.7 and prior are no longer getting non-critical bug requests so if you want to use this plugin, request a backport or do it yourself
