The HTML Bootstrap editor allows you to create a much more attractive and responsive layout. It is based on the Bootstrap 4 framework and its drag-and-drop usage makes it easy to integrate content into Moodle. It offers a wide range of elements (text, image, Youtube video, embed elements, etc.) commonly used today. This editor meets the first level of accessibility standards and ensures a consistent presentation of content, regardless of the type of device used: computer, tablet or smartphone.

Hi devs, do you have any plans to port this plugin to be used with the Tiny editor, now that Moodle will return to use it as the default editor?

    Hello @Alejandro Lozano,

You need to increase your server upload limit. You can find more information about that here: https://docs.moodle.org/401/en/File_upload_size

Bonne continuation !

Hello to the team and thank you for this plugin which will save me a lot of time (it will save me from doing it by hand!) but most of all it will increase the usability of courses on Moodle. Same question as @Heikki Wilenius, do you plan to adapt your work to Tiny Editor, especially since it is featured in Moodle 4? Keep up the good work!

    Hello,

Thank you and well done for this very useful plugin, which will certainly improve teachers' commitment to using Moodle.

I do have one question, though. Is it planned in your future developments to integrate an "access.php" file to set access capabilities for the Atto Recite button?
We'd like to be able to restrict them to teachers only.

Thank you in advance for your reply.

I installed everything correctly, but can't get it to work. I guess it's not compatible with 4.5 version.🤔

Hi there! I have trouble with the plugins I've installed in the right order (first "editor" an then "tool" but I can`t upgrade the BD. I realized that the file "Version.php" is the same, The file lib.php is the same. Could you check both package please. So I have a huge problem. How can I uninstall the plugin. Moodle couldn't it.

    Hello Emmanuelle Grima,

There are no plans to configure the editor access but we appreciate your suggestion.
We will add it to the list of new features to discuss for future development.

Please note that atto_reciteditor has been upgrade to these 2 new plugins:

    Hello Juan Marcelo Soto Marchant,

The latest versions of both plugins work fine.
First it is necessary to install this one https://moodle.org/plugins/tool_htmlbootstrapeditor
    Then the Atto button: https://moodle.org/plugins/atto_htmlbootstrapeditor
Please note that only the following versions of Moodle are supported so far: 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 4.0, 4.1

We are currently working on these 2 new plugins to upgrade them to Moodle 4.5.
