Sounds great.

If you are asking if Moodle can do all of that, the answer is, "Yes, you can set up the quiz and the course to make all of that happen." You can set up categories of quests, feedback, timing, etc.

If you have not already seen this, you might want to take a look - http://docs.moodle.org/en/Quiz

And then come back to this forum with specific questions, of course.
