"the same error" often turns out to be "not too same". Better start the discussion from the beginning with the platform, etc. as explained in Before you post... read this... Then tell us how exactly you install, just give us the link to the tutorial you follow. Indicate at which step you get this error and attach a screenshot.

Mir scheint das ein Bug zu sein.

Ein frisches Moodle 5.1.4 und darin vier Kurskategorien erstellt, hat diese Tabelle:
