Where? https://moodledev.io/general/releases/4.2 says PHP 8.1.x supported. MySQL 8.0 to Latest. It could be the "max_input_vars must be >= 5000" thing mentioned there.

I see that you found a workaround https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=447183#p1797061, correct? Coming back to the original problem, it could be two things: either DO droplets are not allowed to initiate outgoing HTTP connections or they have SELinux activated with a similar rule.

Hi Mary, I think too: Australia/Perth is the default. People leave it at that and don't bother.

The question is Why. I know, there are virtually no synchronous activities, therefore the clock is not important. Or, sorry for digging up an old topic, the confusing way Moodle displays clock time, make it unusable for many? I am referring to this Question about timezone and other similar discussion.
