You mean, when you unset 'loginshowloginform' in Trema users can't log in? That is not very friendly.
I checked. The front end warns, "Before disabling the login form, ensure that administrators have an alternate method to Sign in to the site"!
P.S. There is not a General developer issue, better suited for the Themes forum.
If your server IP address is in the range 192.168.76.x and 192.168.76.254 is its gateway router, then that is how the routing is set up.

P.S. Generally this kind of system administration questions are not directly for the Moodle developers. I would say Installing and upgrading help is the right place.
