This has happened to me a couple of times and I've managed to find it again by searching. I think the name of the person or a specific word should do the trick. If you really can't remember anything I'd try searching for 'the', 'and', 'if' or other common words.
I'm assuming you know how to get to the message pane, click on your own name then the 'messages' button.

I don't know much about LTSP but I see it mentioned alongside Edubuntu (the educational sub-project of Ubuntu) quite often:

Might be worth looking into.

Retaining deleted content is fairly common in Microsoft Office formats, actually it's a 'feature' called _fast save_ which you can (thankfully) turn off.
There's some more about that on the wiki docs:

A lot of the current wisdom has been collected in our documentation wiki:

Hopefully any further hints or suggestions inspired by this question will be incorprotaed there too.

When I visit medilearn.nl it seems quite slow to respond.
Also the first time I accessed this file:
http://www.medilearn.nl/theme/k2/styles.php
it returned a 500 Internal Server Error which means PHP has failed completely in some manner. The next time I refreshed it appeared okay, and then the next time it took a very long time but came through okay.
If you can figure out why that's happening I think you'd be on to something.
